Turnkey compliance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment of 1988

Key Benefits

Capabilities

  1. Initial assessment of office laboratory practices and procedures. This evaluation of your office laboratory follows guidelines issued by both COLA (Commission on Office Laboratory Assessment) as well as the federal guidelines for CLIA inspections.
  2. Followup conference with the laboratory director and staff. This meeting allows ample time for questions and answers of the findings of our assessment. Explanations will be given of any findings that may warrant a deficiency during a laboratory inspection.
  3. Written followup of initial assessment. Within one week, this document explains the findings of the initial assessment and any questions that may have risen during the followup conference. If contract work is requested, the fee structure based upon our findings will also be included.
