Physician Healthcare Concepts, Inc. was formed in 1990 to assist physician offices in establishing compliance with federal regulations including the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment of 1988 (CLIA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, and reimbursement coding determination/evaluation to ensure proper payment from payors.
